We were founded in Mount Airy, North Carolina in 1946, and are still headquartered there. In November, 2010, we acquired the Kingman, AZ plant as part of our acquisition of the welded wire reinforcing products business of Ivy Steel & Wire, Inc., which at the time was our largest competitor.  Our fiscal year 2015 sales reached $447.5M, and earnings were $21.7M.
