In 1982, hometown boy Toby Orr decided Kingman and Mohave County were ready for a commercial building contractor and founded T. R. Orr Construction. More than one person told Toby the area was too small and rural to support such a business, but Toby persevered. More than thirty years later, T. R. Construction, now T. R. Orr, Inc. is going strong.

At T. R. Orr, Inc. we believe a good part of our success can be attributed to our dedicated employees and subcontractors. Many of our employees have been with us for more than five years and several for over ten years. Over the years, we have established long term relationships with local subcontractors, fostering the teamwork necessary for successful projects. With most of our employees and subcontractors having lived in Mohave County for many years, we take tremendous pride in creating quality structures within our community.
